Mindfulness Practice

Maybe you have a therapist already and/or frequent wellness spaces (e.g., yoga studios) and you want to deepen your personal mindfulness practice. We know that you probably feel great afterwards but may have a hard time keeping the feeling day-to-day. In this offering, we can help you to develop a very personalized, home-based practice of mindfulness including: movement, breathwork, and affirmation. In each session, we’ll fine tune the practice until it’s something you can sustain on your own.
